Naperville Meditation opened in September of 2015. At our center, we use a ground-breaking meditation method that is currently being used in more than 340 centers in 41 countries and steadily gaining popularity worldwide.

Our purpose and goal is to help people to live higher quality of life for themselves and to help them to be able to live in a world peacefully and happily with others: to coexist with people, nature and the world.

What we do to accomplish this goal is to integrate a full mind and body meditation method. It consists of a mind meditation as well as a releasing exercise that helps with the blood flow of the body. The meditation is free for the first time practitioner but due to the overhead costs of running a center, we would receive a monthly donation for them if they wish to have access to all services that we offer. Just like any other business or non-profit entity, the rent, utility cost, payroll and other miscellaneous fees are very high and need to be covered adequately. However, our hope is that in the future, we can offer this meditation for free to all people regardless of background or financial status. Please help us to achieve this goal by donating today!

We provide individual and group guided meditation, using a groundbreaking method, that anyone regardless of age, culture, experience with meditation, or educational level can use to create profound changes in their lives. Our method allows for deep emotional and psychological changes that enhance feelings of well-being, safety, acceptance, connection with others, harmony, and self-awareness. The results of this method are unprecedented in the history of meditative practice. As a staff at Naperville Meditation, we look forward with great enthusiasm in guiding you along this incredible journey!
