I started going to Naperville Meditation approximately 2 months ago. I never believed that in 2 months my emotional and mental well-being could change so much. I learned how to let go of my past memories and how my current thoughts were holding me back and creating such a burden in my life. I have so much more energy now and I am excited about my future and can go at my life with such gusto!!! I am going to keep going because I know that this is just the beginning of my mental and emotional freedom! I am finding the Truth!
Naperville Meditation Center offers a seven step course, which helps people understand how the mind affects our daily lives. The instructor are very kind and patient so you can complete the course at your own speed. I have been taking classes for about four months and completed level one. I have noticed some good changes in my life. The stress in my life has decreased. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night and find myself thinking about issues at work. This is a huge relief. Feelings of anxiety are nearly gone. I take daily life a little slower. I am calmer and I have more patience. Life is a little more clearer than before. I am so glad I decided to give meditation a trry.

On my way to work every day, I would pass by Naperville Meditation and I would say to myself, "I should see what that place is all about." Even when you see it from the outside, it's a little oasis amidst the chaos of busy Naperville streets. This was also exactly what my life was at the time: complete chaos. My job would give me anxiety, I saw cycles of anger towards my boyfriend but had no idea how to stop them, I had low self-confidence, and I took everything personally. Not to mention, I had a constant feeling of lack that nothing could fill. I always felt I was missing something, and I had a hard time appreciating the positive things. So, naturally, I avoided all of this until enough was enough. At first -like you might be- I was skeptical. We are constantly being bombarded with people and ads trying to sell us things we "should" want, but here's the difference about Maum Meditation: no one ever makes you feel pressured to go. In fact, after you start going and you see the results it keeps you coming back for more! The approach is to discard these things that weigh us down. The method of meditation is a practical and effective system: When we discard our false ideas and therefore our false selves we are left with, ultimately, our true selves. This means we have more energy, less anxiety, less racing thoughts, an overall sense of clarity and well being, and are able to go through life easily and help others do the same. If you are looking to experience true happiness and freedom then Naperville Meditation is the place for you!
